Après-ski is celebrated in style in the Bäckstätt Stall right at the foot of the ski slope at the Bernkogel. Hearty treats, tea with schnapps and rum, Glühwein, homemade Schnapps or simply a delicious hot chocolate – our friendly staff are there to serve you on both of our sun terraces with room for 250 people and at our umbrella bar.

 

Of course the right music is also a must to create the world famous typically Austrian mountain hut magic and a top DJ plays music here from 3.30pm – 6.30pm every day. Whether you want to dance or simply relax in a deckchair, there’s something for everyone.

 

The highlight: the breathtaking view of the village and the surrounding mountains. Finish your day’s skiing at the Bäckstätt Stall or simply stop for a delightful break during the day: The Bernkogel chairlift to the summit and the unique mountain panorama of the Pinzgau are only a few metres away.

 

Or carry on celebrating inside: There is a great atmosphere in the “Heuboden” and in the “Tenne” bars – we party on and on…There’s room for 70 people here – the ambience is rustic and cosy.
